8.2 Errors and Malfunctions. 13.2 By the Member. Members may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to u3888 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of all identity verification requirements.
